DOUBLE CHECK

If you submit a custom order or an order that requires a personalized piece, please double check that ALL information is correct. The information received is exactly how the product is produced. NO REFUNDS.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Each custom order and product is made to order. No returns will be accepted on pieces that may be incorrect based on how the order is received. Please double check before checking out.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time is usually 2 days - Please allow 4-7 days for your order to be completed before pickup or shipping. You will receive an email if the timeframe is extended, but that's not a usual occurrence :-)

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Your order can be changed or updated if the process hasn't started. Please send an email through the "Contact Us" Form below, or respond to the confirmation email you received as soon as you've made your change decision.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

At the completion of your order, you will receive an email or text that your order is complete. You will also receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping.

REFUNDS

If you have placed an order that can't be fulfilled, you will be contacted by email and a refund will be provided.

We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us.
